Well. surprise! heres a hollow knight pmv i whipped up for my creative writing final! gonna be honest i rushed a lot of it but i did have a lot of fun, and i learned a lot too :D love this silly bug game i always love drawin these funky dudes
shoutout to my friend meteor for helping out with some of the backgrounds!! youll absolutely be able to tell which ones he did since they came out amazing but Please. go appreciate the funky dude
the song used is the bug collector by haley heynderickx, and ofc the characters and story belong to team cherry. once again cant thank them enough for making hollow knight, its impacted my life a ton and i appreciate it a lot!!! go play if you havent already!

(I especially like the detail of putting Ghost's climb out of the Abyss side-by-side with the final Radiance climb. Never seen it done that way- works really well!)

This was so absolutely gorgeous, every single frame is a masterpiece, i can't imagine how difficult it mist have been to put together. And the song choice make it all feel like such a moving journey, dammit, you really managed to make me relive my experience playing hk for the first time

How have more people not seen this, the song is heartbreaking in the melody. This truly highlights how the dream no more ending feels like the end of a long tragedy. The colors, the scenes, the quiet expressions. This whole thing is beautiful.
Okay, I seldomly write comments on youtube, but this doesn’t deserve silence. I will admit that I was going back to this animation every day for a week. I love what you showed here. The music, the scenes you chose… never before have I felt Hollow Knight wibes more while watching videos on yt. I honestly don’t understand how this is so underrated. The amount of things you put in not even 4mins is crazy. The details are astonishing and the fact that you added the motion to those images (my personal favourite are birds in Greenpath flying) is just cherry on top. On the sidenote I’ll just add that your 2nd animation- Sealed Vessel made my eyes wet at the end. You are crazily talented. Thank you for sharing.
