Crispy potatoes with garlic cheese!! Delicious! Cheese sauce.

An unusual recipe for ordinary potatoes. Try it and write in the comments how you like it. I personally have a mixed impression. BUT I decided to share this recipe with you!
INGREDIENTS:
potato
remove the peel
cut into slices
pour boiling water over
1 tablespoon salt
let stand for 20 minutes
Parmesan cheese (but you don't have to use cheese, it's even better without it!)
2 tablespoons corn (potato) starch
0.5 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
5 cloves garlic
Wipe the potatoes with a paper towel
plastic bag
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
shake, shake
baking sheet lined with parchment
bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180°C
SAUCE:
40 grams Cheddar cheese
5 grams of oil
2 tablespoons milk
melt in the microwave
add a few drops of Tabasco sauce
