- How to do a drop on the hoop/Lyra. This transition from an inverted shoulder stand in pensel to a Delilah is simple and save, once you have understood the pathway. This is a fun variation for getting from the top bar to below the bottom bar. It looks very visual even on spinning hoop and is possible as it is a very controlled drop.
You should have a solid inverted shoulder press on the hoop before attempting this move.
