For me the soundtrack and sound effects were perfect and made this game unforgettable, the synchronization with the action was perfect. I don't remember another game that has achieved such perfection.

@@DontrelleRoosevelt Only those who can see the whole and experience the context have a relevant opinion to issue, considering that period until the present day. The opinions of the younger generations are not relevant as they have a short-sighted view of the past.
@@gundstaff I had it too on my first real PC, running Windows 95. It was bundled with it, an IBM Aptiva. It was pretty cool for what it was. But I would never consider a game that mostly consists of pre-rendered video and images any close to perfection. The controls were also very crude. For me Star Fox/Starwing on my SNES was technically *way* better in every single way. Game-play-wise, music-wise and graphics-wise...where everything was rendered by the console on-the-fly, except for the voice-samples.
Cool to see it again, but I can easily understand, looking back, why I did not play it much... :P

i played this when it was first released, i was in my teens. loved this game, along with buried in time, zork nemesis.
when this game came out it was a couple of years after the Lawnmower man. to me this game back then had as good as graphics. the audio is still good and mysterious as i recall it, the game was very futuristic and mysterious to me

this game was so strange. it was not was i was expecting back then when i bought it because it said "action adventure". because it isnt really any of them. some dialogs were as bad is i remembered them. this game feels like an experiment

This was one of the first games i ever played - it was beyond badass for me - an experience that still is with me today n gives me pure excitement - mind you, i never even passed the first part of the game XD -with the shooting on the water haha - but i replayed this game so many times as a child - and the music the sound effects - the art of it being 3d - i rly loved this. This and Descent were the best things ever. Gaming today LACKS this specialness - everything is so 'hyped' and broad - it has no special touch to it that is personal. This era of gaming was to me the golden age -
Remember playing this as a little kid and I could not fucking figure out how to disarm my weapon so I quit.
I miss the Interplay logo intro. I wish they brought it back, slightly updated.

I had this in an accordion ten pack of CD-ROM demos...it had Doom: Knee Deep in the Dead, so I never played this much, but I've always wondered about it.
