I had braces and I won’t lie you get attached to them but once you remove them you get the luxury to eat apples, peaches and all the other foods you couldn’t eat and your smile will be the best 😊❤hope that helps.

Thank you! Yes, in my first two years I did that after every meal!But now I don't 😂I brush my teeth twice a day, and floss twice a day and end off with mouth wash twice a day.
