Thank you for the video. Your method for cutting the hole in the hull works with thin hulls but not as well on thicker laminates. For those you are better off with a router on a shaft similar to your marking tool. I recently installed a tunnel in an old sailboat with a 25 mm hull thickness using the router method and it worked flawlessly. No grinding is required and the tunnel fits perfectly the first time. I credit ‘She’s the Captain’, a Danish CZcams channel with the idea. He has done two tunnels, the first one very similar to the boat you are working on in your video and this is the one where he uses a router.

Welches Harz wurde denn zum laminieren verwendet, Epoxi oder Polyester?
Klasse Sache. Wie weit unterhalb der Wasserlinie muss das Loch gebohrt werden?
Ideal wären so ca. 25 cm
