Birds of the Serengeti

Ngorongoro conservation reserve and Serengeti National Park in Tanzania are brimming with wildlife, including the big five safari animals. But sometime birds are overlooked, even though there are lots and lots of amazing bird species in East Africa. Here we show you some of the birds we saw during our safari.
These include Pink Lesser Flamingos, Grey crowned crane, Marabou Stork, Kori Bustard, Lilac-Breasted roller, African sacred Ibis, Starlings, helmeted Guinea fowl, African hawk-eagle, Lappet faced vultures, Fish Eagle, and white cattle egrets, among a few unknown ones. Feel free to comment if you can identify some of the unknown bird species.
