truly!
I went into hermit mode and healed all levels whhile raising my young four kids out in the country. Grew up again through and with them helped heal the "little girl" within. Then the levels of cell healing...holding on to trauma. Hyper Independence was my vice for years.
I don't have many people in my life to have these types of conversations with, so it's truly a gift to be able to experience these podcasts. I appreciate you both.

Loved Layla's wisdom. All this has been my recent realisations too. We aren't guaranteed anything. And as much as we try to create and manifest our best life, we will have to be ok if things don't go our way and just commit to live our own truth no matter what. What matters most is my heart. I want to keep it open and I don't wanna become bitter just because I don't have my desires.

I have this reoccurring dream of dirty, smelly bathrooms and disgusting toilets, where I can actually smell in my dream-state. It’s been extremely frustrating because I can never find where this is coming from. This conversation about disgust and purification is really speaking to my soul. Thank you ladies 🙏

I also have lots of dreams about having to go to the washroom, but every washroom I go into is so disgusting that I can’t even go. There is faeces all over the place on the floor on the toilets everywhere. I wonder what that means

💯 That’s exactly how we were raised to believe! Sex is a sin and punishable by burning in hell. Only for means of procreation! A form of control by the church! So sad.
Its unfortunate they dont explain the logic of why, its about maintaining societal stability ,its energy management, every action we plant a seed that will grow into something that will have a short and long term effect on us and the future of others. Soul ties are real,our bodies have memory that gets stored from various experiences throughout out our lives,every sexual encounter can leave us open to multiple influences of emotions from others when we are in a vulnerable ,unconcious state,which can lead to other potential unfortunate events,theres a saying in the tao to not play with the masters tools ,it requires ultimate responsibility to handle them that very few can do,it requires us to be concious all the time,which very few if anybody can do 100% of the time
