I make that Baltimore to Philly trip quite often. Ishkabibble's is one of my top three favorite cheesesteak spots. You keep going back to Philly and trying those steaks, they might make a Whiz lover of you yet... I don't recommend them for their sandwich, but if you ever decide you need to try Geno's, go in the middle of the night when the neon is all lit up. It's a sight to see.
