I discovered this glitch back in 2016 while playing IGI.
You know Dingi.? The jump into the glitch area can also be done from the very start near one those big crates. I exactly don't remember which one.
When correctly done, you can land in the upper inaccessible area where those two soldiers are there or hover in the walls directly above that room where you first do the computer access enable. YES, it's true ..!
Otherwise, nearby the Jackhammer room, one can jump to glitch area as you did.
Also, you can do this jump into the walls from that room where you initially disable for sentry guns temporarily, the room which has 2 guards, one camera and few ammos and medipacks.
Stand on those crates and jump into the walls. If done correctly You should land in the sentry gun section or else you will fall on the floor and die or get trapped in the black void and there is no coming out of that.
You were so awesome Dingi. I could jump randomly and would land in that fan room spiral pathway or that sentry gun section.
And if you jump incorrectly or in wrong direction, you will fall in that black void get trapped until you restart the game.
I could do this glitch jumping but couldn't complete the game. Would mostly get trapped in the black void.

I'm not sure but you have to edit the QVM files for unlimited ammo.. or the AI files for the enemy soldiers..that will freeze them. not sure of the exact steps@@whyask535

when i played this mission for the 1st time, then enemy which we kil i the beginning 0:34 , i thought that in the end , we have to pass through that gate and then mission will be completed there
i always try by jumping on the boxes but i always failed but i still wondered what happenes there
Even if we use cheat to fly and go in front of those gates I think it still wouldn't do anything. I think those gates won't open. But anyways thank you for saying about this. I think it's very interesting and something new to enjoy. Whenever I will play IGI again I will try going and playing around those gates using cheats.
The outside of that is actually in mission 13 near the finishing area, the warheads. It’s inaccessible inwards until you finish mission 13 and inaccessible outwards after you complete it. The two missions are in continuation almost. It’s the same location. Jones did enter from that area (you can see in the cutscene before mission 14).

It doesnt work 4 me. When I jump out of the area, Jones directly falls down to a black circle. Its not possible to walk & jump like u did.
Thats because you are moving and jumping at the same time.Only keep jumping at the computer ,once you are up there jump for the top of the metallic door.
