There are so many of us that some brands make 100% cacao bars that are labeled as candy bars so we don't have to go to the baking aisle and eat from a baking bar. It's the same product, just a different wrapper to acknowledge that many customers like to eat it straight like that instead of baking with it.

Dark chocolate is definitely healthier than milk chocolate because it has lower sugar and fat content, lower but not completely absent of sugar and fat. Plus milk chocolate is not really bad for you unless you eat too much of it. Also gaining fat is really important for some people who are underweight and need more body fat in order to go through some surgeries.
It is if you get at 95% or 85%, not lower, however, like the video says, not many people like it without sugar. And Milk is not healthy at all.

See milk chocolate 🍫 isn't bad, in moderation or as a treat! You're not supposed to make it an every day meal haha. I always have dark chocolate in my fridge, but twice a month I treat myself for Cadbury milk chocolate. I live on Keto-low carb + IF lifestyle. That's after gaining 40kgs and learned that moderation is the key to enjoy different foods and snacks without developing diseases.

Well, the milk does have a point of helping your bones get stronger and helping you grow but dark chocolate doesn’t have a point because one die chocolate can’t also have like sugar and milk chocolate has milk in it. It still has a lot of sugar in it and that’s what cavities, like if you eat too much chocolate, but dark or milk that cause cavities
Dark chocolate has a lot of health benefits
does this mean I need to eat 99% chocolate instead of the normal 70%
but that stuff is so bitter that it is almost impossible to get down
