You get that frame rail fixed add a rear gusset kit to the front. I’m guessing the crush zone on the very front of the rail needs to be replaced also. I think you can actually buy the front frame section to put in new.

Outstanding video Westen! I think this will be a fun rebuild to follow. Those rims are not stock. That's a more expensive Raptor with the sunroof & graphics. Probably has the high end stereo too (and obviously the cover). Put a catch can on it!

It is (or was) a beautiful truck, but I wouldn’t have touched that mangled thing with a 10-foot pole. Then again, I don’t have the money or connections you have, so you’ve definitely got a better chance at fixing it that I would. Good luck, and I can’t wait to see what you guys do next. 🔥

Somebody went YeeHaw with it and landed wrong. I've got a 2010 Raptor SVT and I'm the 3rd owner.
I use mine down on the farm. It gets plenty of mud but I do take care of it. These trucks are bad trucks but nothing is indestructible with the right dummy behind the wheel. I hate to see this beauty in that shape but I'm glad that you got it and are going to restore it and treat it right. Congrats and I am showing the love as a new subscriber.❤

If the motor and everything checks out just re frame it , the Hutterites I use to custom feed hogs for buy bent and dent pickups and semi's all the time. They got a mountain of GMC/Chev 3/4 ton, and semi frames in their junk pile. It don't take a couple of them long to do a truck and some of them aren't the brightest bulbs in the pack L.O.L . I don't know if anyone has said this ..but look inside the center console under one of the cupholders. There's a spot for a key under there. On some F150s (I'm not sure which year) there's also a spot to hide a key in the center console wemhere there is a little retractable small door (where the 2 USB connections are). Check those spots. You never know. There might be a key there. 😁😁 Good luck. I can't wait to see the build.

From what i understand the Raptor frame is just a stock F150 frame with slightly different shock mounts. The bent frame should not be a big deal, just swap it out.

Weston, Raptors are nice trucks, just not with EcoBoost V-6 engines.
The new Raptors are the reason that the 6.2 liter V-8 powered trucks bring so much money.

I'll give it to you that the Raptor with the V-6 twin turbo makes horse power and torque, but at what cost?
EPA estimate for the Raptor is 15/18mpg. Not very stellar is it?
Since you brought up torque, the Ram 1500 with the Cummins Eco diesel is rated @ 22/32 mpg and has an 1100 lb higher tow capacity.
The Ram with the diesel runs less than $55k while the Raptor is over $80k.
I personally like the styling Raptor. I just don't like the V-6 Eco Boost engine. If you watch the FordTechMakuloco channel and EcoBoost problems.
@@gungadinn No. 1 nobody buys the Raptor for the fuel mileage. No.2 the V6 is better than the V8 in every aspect. No.3 the gen 2 V6 has addressed all the problems of the gen 1 engine. No. 4 you, like everyone else, disses the EcoBoost just because it's a V6..small minds hate change. You were the one lamenting the V8 to V6 change with no explanation. The V8 sounds better? Electric motors is on the horizon..all the 'sound' guys will freak smooth out.
