I remember my first semester of college, I was sitting on the floor of my best friends apartment living room when he put this song. We had been playing SSB for the past couple of hours, and the song really clicked an emotion, I didn't know what it was yet. But, the next time I saw him I had picked him up and it was him and me driving around our little town of Edinburg with the windows down and the sun roof open. Nic in our lungs, our long shaggy hair in the air, and I put this song on. We had driving around for about 15 minutes or so and it was about 7 or 8ish, the sun was setting and the guitar strumming around 4 minutes was playing. And that little emotion clicked again, it was me and my best friend just sharing a moment, and the music was such an amazingly perfect expression of what happens when you just share a moment in silence with someone you care so much about. Love you Nick! Thank you for your contribution to the planet.

I listened to Built on Glass and Thinking In Textures on loop while on a two-week trip to NZ with my best friends. Every time I listen to this album I'm reminded of legitimately the happiest memories I have. Cheers, all.
