For me, I stop when I have burnt myself out, it's not a good thing. Balance is a great lesson to learn. Don't be me and go 100% all the time. Life is a marathon. You can't sprint it, and if you try to, you won't make it to the finish line.
The being that rest's and test's their body, will be more successful in pushing past their limit when need be. However the body will always respond just as well as treated.

Remember that Jesus is the light of the world. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life! No one comes to the Father but by Him! He is the Door to life and life everlasting. We are not light. Jesus called his disciples the light of the world and the salt of the earth ONLY because they had put their trust in Him! Jesus said you MUST be born again. Believe on Him, put your trust and faith in Jesus, the Christ. Repent as He implores and be saved.
I put this on for my 6 year old son who has so much anxiety he won't or can't speak. I also suspect he has a vaccine injury keeping him from being able to.
He knows words but won't use them. The past two days he won't come out of his room. He has been annoyed by his little sister since she could speak.
I pray this helps. I have tried so many things. Praying to God, five types of therapies for him. He is my kryptonite. I feel like I could help anyone with their problems but I can't help my son speak. It is the saddest thing. I want him to be able to communicate with others and to be independent.
I want him to be happy and to talk to me. So many conversations I have wanted to have with him since the day he was born.
Never give up on your dreams no matter how big or small they might be , they are still possible . Don’t be afraid to dream big , maybe your biggest dream can make you the most successful person 🥺😭❤️

I do need it. I'm tackling the almost impossible task of loosing the weight that will finally makes me healthy. However, I'm considered as morbidly obese, so I have like 130lbs to loose... To me it feels so terribly daunting. But »I need to harden my resolve, strenghtens my will, and fight it through pain and hardships until I reach my goal. I wont let what has plagued me all my life define who I am. Not anymore. I'm more then my weight, more then my health issues, more then just another randome unhelthy person.
I will prevail, and I wont let anything stop me!
Do not deal with it as a hard goal. Believe that its a normal task. Exercise and eat right. You can do it easily. Good luck
You can do it. One step, pound, and calorie at a time. Pace yourself and don't let discouragement overtake you. It will be present, but it doesn't need to have the victory.
I have been on a weight loss journey the past few months alongside my wife who has been a major inspiration to me. She's lost over 34 lbs so far and I just hit 30 lbs yesterday with 15 more to go. Again, you can do it. Set your goals and celebrate them. If you fall that's ok. Get back up and keep moving.
Understand this, the time will pass regardless. Each day is followed by another and there is nothing we can do to slow the hands of time. What we can do, however is control how we spend that time. Think of the feelings of remorse that come from saying, "I wish I would have." Let that be a powerful motivator, and know that nothing stops you from doing what is good and helpful in the current moment. You've got this.
You got this dude! Losing weight is not the focus. Work exercise into your normal routine and focus on your healthy diet. After a few months, it will all be routine and you'll lose weight without constantly being aware of it. If you live your life focused on results, you forget how beautiful the journey can be. Let the music carry you as you explore the possibilities of life.

Mostly, our bodies become the mind and we chase our body's addictions which lead us down a familiar and known path. The hardest thing you will ever do is to not repeat yesterday's actions which brings you to where you are right now. No judging... I celebrate your bravery.

When I was in highschool I was in depression so I turned to music like this and I always felt better, and since then I always liked orchestral music.

I first saw myself as a normal person, doing normal things, but after listening this music, it released my inner-self. I saw who I really was. I saw that I was a sad, lonely person, and that I needed help. I realized that I was slowly falling asleep to my sad, emotional thoughts every night. I went to school feeling worse than the previous day. But after I listened to this music, even my lonely self couldn't survive. Before, I liked the feeling of being alone. I liked feeling sad. I don't think humans would be where they are today if music wouldn't exist. Music for me is like someone who Is always by my side whenever I feel lonely, whenever I need a touch of motivation. It is like someone who believes in me whenever I need it the most. There is nothing more powerful for a person than someone believing in him/her, and when we know that someone out there believes in us, then we become more dedicated to whatever we do because then we have a sense of belief in ourselves. And that is what music has been for me these past couple of years. I hope whoever you are, wherever you are, whoever has left you, doesn't matter how alone you are, you have to believe that things are going to work out for you if you refuse to give up every single day. Because you surely are not alone, we are in this together. Close your eyes, visualize your dreams, and work for them, and don't stop until you see it right in front of your eyes.
