You both have stunning taste. I was just on holiday at Lago di Garda 3 weeks ago. I am Italian and English, and live in Germany. 😂
It is a very beautiful area at Lago di Garda.
Unfortunately we had a terrible weather event with rain, and huge hail that smashed everything in sight.
Our camper van was very damaged.
It happened very late at night. In 1 hour the campsite looked like a war zone. And outside the campsite, everywhere.
So many people's vehicles, caravans, camper vans and tents were smashed or torn. So many cars were smashed in the villages around the Lago di Garda area.
I believe some areas were worse than others.
We went down to Florence to replace our smashed brake lights.
The skylights were broken which we couldn't replace.
It was all very stessful.
We were not hurt, so that is a good thing.
I wish I was able to ask you for some tips as to where to go thrifting at Lago di Garda.
I only managed to get to the Monday market in Pescheria as it was closing. It took us 2hrs to drive a short distance due to the traffic.
As we arrived the market was closing early due to bad weather. It was that storm that we didn't know was going to cause havoc later.
I laughed to hear your lovely mum say she found English second hand books.
That is exactly what I was looking for.
It would be great if you could tell me which village the second hand shops sre in and whete the market was you found. 🙏👍😊
I am back in Germany now, but maybe next time I will know whete to go.

I'm so sorry for what happened, the bad weather and the damaged camper van, it's so sad to hear that you had a stressful time there... I hope you'll be much more lucky next year! The town with the flea market and the charity shop is called Torri del Benaco. Maybe we'll meet there next summer!

Great finds! For your beautiful white Gucci shirt, you could have it tailored where they remove the cuffs, shorten the sleeves and then reattach the cuffs where you want them. I’ve done this at home with my own shirts.

Hello! I suggest watching on Catawiki some genuine Chanel handkerchief, and doing a comparison with yours! Look at the logo, at the handrolled hems, at the label (if present). Don't look at big scarves, because they were made in a different way. I hope this was useful, see you in the next videos! ❤
