    So so beautiful. I love that you painted on splashes of color instead of mixing the color into the bomb itself. For some reason it's understated but absolutely eye catching, looks rich.

    I learn so much from every video! Something I learned from a Bathbomb Help Group is that there are different 'grades' of sodium bicarbonate or baking soda. It's not possible to create 100% pure sodium bicarbonate but food grade is the safest. Industrial grade, like used in feed stores, does not go through the same purity testing as food grade. That's why it's much cheaper.

    Have you tried lifting the mold straight up, leaving the base of the mold on the press? I have their bunny mold, which is made the same way. If I just lift the mold straight up the bomb will stay inside and release from the bottom piece. Then I push the bomb straight through the mold onto the tray(the top piece will still be on top of the bomb at this point). Then I use the side piece of the mold to tap the side of the top piece of the mold (while I hold it just above the tray) and the bomb will release and drop perfectly to the tray. This process helps me move a little quicker as I'm running a batch :)

    @katherinepowers7946 Před 2 lety

    Hi Jerika I see this is an older video ( not sure if you get the messages) when you added water in the beginning to the baking soda how much and do you always do this?( I’m only part way through the video) I recently purchased baking soda from Voyager Soap and Candle store in B.C. I wasn’t aware there’s different kinds 🤦🏻‍♀️ hope that’s not why my new bath tub bath bombs fell apart!! (I’m a newbie) I bought three because they were a good deal. I love watching your videos thank you so much for helping me (us) newbies it really helps 💕

    Hi Jerika:) Love this video! And your clouds are beautiful! We too, have the Bath Bomb Press ( and LOVE it). However our compressor is very loud and we cant take it into our shop because we are in an indoor mini-mall and the compressor would be too loud and bother other businesses. We are wondering about your Porter Cable. Is it quieter than a regular compressor (because I never hear yours running)? Or do you have yours in a insulated box, or outside or some other trick? Any advice would be appreciated. And keep your videos coming. You are an amazing artist!
