      Following are the ingredients for the fine powder in a jar :
      Green coriander
      Ginger
      Hing
      Roasted chana dal
      Jeera
      Green chilli
      Fresh grated coconut ,If you are not using Coconut milk
      (But coconut in any form like , fresh grated coconut or coconut milk is compulsory for this recipe)
      For Tadka:
      Ghee
      Mustard seeds
      Curry leaves
      Dried red chilli
      Salt
      A pinch of haldi
      Coriander powder
      Buttermilk
      Coconut milk (If you have added fresh grated coconut while making the powder, then do not add coconut milk,Buttermilk is enough).
      For this recipe I have not measured the exact ingredients.
      As I mentioned , If you have got any measured qty of raw food from dietician or gym instructor,You can use the same qty for this recipe for more benefits.
      For example as per my diet plan from the instructor, I will take following measured ingredients to make the exact recipe.
      Dal : 40 gas(raw)
      Buttermilk : 1 glass
      Coconut milk : 40 ml
      Ghee : 1 Tsp
      Raw Paneer : 40 gas
      Spices as per my taste
      Rice : 30 gas (raw)
