While not everyone wants to watch a video this long, it is probably the best review and tour I have ever seen. Well done man!!
I always wait to see your ship tours first; you take as long as you need - they are always worth the wait
@@HarrTravel Many thanks for the extensive tour! Was this one your longest ever?
My wife and I love your ship tours! Very thorough and easy to follow along. Thanks! We are on Prima Oct-Nov 2024 for back to back in Europe for 26 Nights!
He knows the spaces inside and out and he has an AMAZING relationship with the cruise line. 😉 Thank you for all the amazing Prima videos, the quality is the best!
I don't see a single thing about this ship that I don't like - the quality of the finish seems to be absolutely SUPERB! Awesome tour too - the quality really rings through in this - really well done!
Fraser at Sea, yes! And the thing that I often admire is that some documentaries like this have a way of recording when few people are in the spaces. At times, we get the feeling of having the whole space (or ship) to ourselves. I often wonder whether Danny and crew do these tours during port-stops when most people are off the ship and/or very early before most people are awake and outside . . . or by special arrangement?
I always look forward to these tours from the team, especially when researching. I've re-watched tours of ships I've been on just because it takes me back to cruise day in a way only Danny can provide. enjoy every second, and the detail gives me everything I need and more. Perfection every time. Excited be sailing on Prima really soon because of this video!!
You can’t imagine how much time you save ppl like me who scour the deck plans and ship info. Your videos are so informative!! In fact when I see videos that are extremely short, I bypass and look for yours. Thanx for all the time and effort.
Nobody does it like the goat of cruise ships Danny the rad dad 🔥🔥🔥
You are the absolute king of the ship tour keep up the amazing work!
I can’t wait this coming Nov 2023 , 9 days Mediterranean Cruise thanks for showing the whole inside and out of the cruise ships, no regrets paying for all those beautiful details of the ship.
I’m going to start a drinking game wherein every time he says “Absolutely” you take a drink. 😀 Actually, I recently returned from a Panama Canal cruise on the beautiful Bliss. While visiting Ocho Rios, the Prima docked near us. Gorgeous looking ship. Hope to experience it someday.
I love this guy, he's so quickness's speaking (in a good way) and right to the point, love the reviews, wonderful in depth tours. deserves millions of subs :))
Best full ship tour so far, thanks for the great job!
Excellent tour of Prima
Absolutely love watching your videos! So clear and precise! Thank you.
Thank you for this in depth tour of this fabulous ship!
Thank you for a Great walkthrough !
Heading out on the Prima in 108 days !
Thank you for the detailed video, commentary and crisp camera work. Always very informative.. going on Prima over Xmas. Can’t wait!
@@eastonator1262
we actually switched cruises. Got 2 extra days and cheaper on Encore.
That was fantastic!!
Thank you so much for taking the time for this amazing Ship tour! This is the absolute BEST! Sharing in my groups!!!!
Your videos and walk-thru’s are consistently among the very best, across all the cruise companies and travel agent presentations. Very good job. They are very easy to watch, not biased and very objective; with great technical quality. Excellent work once again!
Hi Danny and Taylor!
The Norwegian Prima looks absolutely amazing!
🛳🤩🌊
Thank you! Your video is the only one that really shows off the ship, options and feature, and just how different and wonderful this ship is. 💜💛🧡❤
Thank you so much Connie, we just wanted to show off this new modem marvel. - Taylor
@@HarrTravel Do you make special arrangements to get access to spaces when few/no guests are in these spaces? I admire how often you show places on the cruise-documentaries and it is as if you have the ship to yourselves. [smile]
I’m looking at the night lights on this ship now and took a photo earlier today. That water slide on the side of the ship looks sick. Crazy looking slide!
❤❤❤❤❤ this cruise ship is amazing! This why I love transatlantic crossing
Thanks to u I’m studying travel & tourism at college and these vids hit the nail in the coffin for helping my terminology’s so thanks Dan and Tyler 😂✌🏻🫡
DJ DRIZZY, very good choice of study/career! Are you planning to go into the cruise-industry? Caribbean or North America? Or far beyond? By the way, that mixing of metaphors was perturbing: "coffin"...."nail".....sounds anything but tourism to me [wink].... And then I smiled at the unwitting pun in the juxtaposition of "coffin" and "terminology" whereas the sound of "terminal" fits that metaphor of death.....But you would definitely want to avoid these morbid kinds of words if you want to be in the travel & tourism sector. [smile]
NCL took the best concepts of breakaway plus class and leveled up! This ship is spectacular in every way. Love the modern artsy aesthetic infused into the indoor and outdoor experiences and I think the indulge food hall is a great addition. All those infinity edge pools plus the main pool. Lots of great outdoor areas to enjoy on the waterfront (my favorite feature from the breakaway and plus class). I look forward to sailing her someday! Thank you Danny for this very thorough and detailed tour! You are the best!♥️
Thank you for watching Laura. She really is the result of so many ideas all on one ship. - Taylor
I got off the Encore today and was surprised at the amount of art and classy decor compared to my trips on Pride, Jewel, and Star. Even in the public restrooms. Can’t wait to see the collection on the Prima.
@@doc2w534 Very nice touch on any great cruise-ship. How would you say it compares with Holland America's artwork on ships? I was amazed at the art on every landing, which transformed ordinary spaces into impromptu art-gallery experiences. It was another good reason (health & fitness being the first great reason) to use the stairs instead of the elevators every day, every time. [smile]
This video is incredible! I cannot WAIT to board the Prima on June 25th, 2023!!!
Outstanding video as always, Team Danny. Bravi!
OMG I literally fell on the floor when you screamed down that slide Danny! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I wasn't quite sure how that one would turn out, and when I started editing the footage that was my reaction too. :D - Taylor
Only just learned about this ship and my first thought was "Harr Travel tour, let's go"
My Man, Danny. Opening the Video with the Hard Flex , standing on the Track...
So much powerful info..thxs great job
Just got off this ship today and it is AMAZONG!!
Danny and Taylor…I have a feeling I will be in the Whiskey Bar numerous times!🥃❤️🥃
great video looking forward to my 11 days on this ship in the near future
so glad there are little trays!
ABSOLUTE BLAST!
Loved that ice effect in the editing department; I was also amazed that Danny didn't use the classic "Eclectic seating" phrase...not even once!
happy cruise voyage!
Love, love, love; love.
We’ll done . Thank you!
15:43 absolutely had me dying
If only this ship travelled down to Australia, looks amazing. Love these videos.
This ship is so dope
For those of us researching these are incredibly comprehensive indepth reviews
opening the video on the track! that's what I'm talking about!
Thanks for the tour. Will cruise on her 26 Jan 2024.
Absolutely! 😊
Can't wait to see it in New York on October 8th at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal pier 88
I wish I had a cruise for each time he said “Absolutely”!
Doing my research for my upcoming cruise
Adding chapters to the video would make this already great tour amazing.
wow im late, ive been waiting for this
cant wait...going Nov 11th
Gotta work on that ice cream cone game my friend
57:20... Danny your the Best 😆
The Chocolate Cowboy is one of my favorite bartenders
Be great to see a mini suite sometime on your channel and not only the haven rooms 🙏
They are coming, but the editing takes time. Thank you for being patient. - Taylor
unlike mcdonalds, the ice cream machines work on NCL
I saw a sub 20 minute video tour, and i thought to myself “that is not near enough time to give this ship any justice!l i saw this, and said “thats much better!”
The slide part kills me everytime 💀
My family just booked this cruise, although a year from now, and was on the encore last week
My favorite venue has to be the Hudson main dining...so gorgeous!
Kate Haenny, yes, this is one of the features that almost every cruise-ship does well, in my experience. It is a touch of glamour, of elegance, and of first-class dining ambience that most people rarely or never otherwise get to experience . . . or could afford to experience on land. Huge chandeliers.....magnificent staircases.....grand pianos....millions of dollars of artwork and interior decorating.....even the laying of the tableclothes and the silverware.....always memorable....even if some of the menu-items are not.....[smile]
Are the activity venues like galaxy pavilion, racetrack, golf closed while in port? We weren’t planning on leaving the ship on all port days.
I think it's so interesting that these cruise ships now pack so many features into the onboard experience...you wouldn't even have to go ashore to have a good time. For example, I was looking at a 9 day Mediterranean cruise in October on the Prima, and I don't even know if I would have much time for these activities (beyond eating out and having a few drinks). There is a port stop every day, and personally I would want to maximize my time spent in Europe.
John Farley, I totally agree with you! For me, the modern cruise-ships are destinations in themselves and offer more than enough dining options, entertainment, health & wellness experiences, activities, interesting spaces, and social interaction. However, if you are visiting another part of the world or specific ports for the first time, it definitely makes sense to prioritise what is unique in your itinerary versus on-board activities (like slides, waterparks, bars, casinos, arcades, sports, games, and go-karts) that you can easily get on land near to where you live. One of the challenges with regions such as Europe, however, is that the main attractions tend to be crowded, and excursions can be very expensive overall. How do you plan to navigate these challenges while making your port-stops memorable?
Doesn't look like there's much privacy on those balconies above the outdoor area on deck 8 towards the mid/aft of the ship. Still, the ship looks amazing and even better than I imagined. This video had me hooked from beginning to end, fantastic work Danny and Taylor. We're booked in a spa balcony on the Viva but hopefully we're able to sneak in a Prima voyage in the meantime.
That certainly is a trade off for having so much sun and space on some of the lower decks. For how amazing the whole experience is from the Food Hall forward, I'm okay with it. - Taylor
@@HarrTravel I agree, I'm happy to have sun decks outside the lido deck, and this is a fantastic way to bring people to the previously underused promenade on deck 8.
I have no desire to ever take a cruise, I find these videos overly long, repetitive, and boring. But idunno, I’ve watched a bunch of them super late at night and as dorky as this guy can be sometimes, in a way the videos are kind of soothing. Like a really carefree, exciting, positive day awaits. Keep up the content 👍🏼 and hard work
srbelnappa, I am very curious about your statement "I have no desire to ever take a cruise." What's behind that sentiment? Have you travelled much otherwise? I went a long time before I had my first cruise-vacation, but, from the very first experience, I loved it, and have always looked forward to when I could afford the next one . . . and now decades of great memories have accumulated, both with friends and family, and travelling solo. By the way, these kinds of videos, even the longer ones, are only a little foretaste of all that is available on a large modern cruise-ship and nowhere nearly as boring and repetitive as most people's daily lives, diets, and routines..... The actual experience is much more than what can be shown in a few minutes or told in a few words.
Can you please tell me how much does it cost to play in the Galaxy Pavilion? Love your videos. Thanks
hi! Re the Drop slide, is it a soft smooth ride and landing?
Will you guys be posting the rest of the Haven rooms soon? We are staying in the HA and are excited to see your in-depth video on it. ❤️
That is the only one that hasn't been released yet from the Haven categories. But we did get that on the final day, so it will be up soon.
Danny can you do a tour of the balcony room and club balcony suite ? It is not on your channel. Great tour of the ship Thank you
I thought glasses were supposed to be removed before riding on the dry slides, but i saw you wearing your sunglasses. As a full time eye glass wearer, i was concerned about who was going to hold my glasses if i went on the slides. So wearing eye glasses is okay?
Also, i was told that wrt the thermal spa pools the large pool was cool water to cool down after saunas, and the smaller salt water pool was warmer, but not hot. Kind of dissuaded us from purchasing the thermal spa pass as we are used to the hot water hydrotherapy pools on the breakaway class ships.
If you purchase a single session at one of the paid activities (cars, golf, galaxy Pavillion) , do you know if
the purchase price be applied toward a week long pass if we decide we like the activity?
Sailing on the Prima end of November, can’t wait😀
Thank you for another amazing video! Does this ship have a jogging track? I didn’t see it but maybe I missed it.
Although it doesn't have a dedicated jogging track, you can take nice long walks around the Ocean Boulevard. 👍🏼
Can you say additional cost again? I think I heard it for every activity on the ship. Great video as always Danny! Just a shame how much up charging is in the present cruise industry after we pay so much to get on board!
Although I would probably prefer everything be included too, I really wouldn't love a 2 hour line for the speedway either. It is certainly a tight line that the cruise lines have to walk between crowd control and profits. I certainly don't envy the person who has to decide what things cost. That being said, we really enjoyed everything the PR1MA had to offer! - Taylor
@@HarrTravel Another factor would be that the ones not interested on such activities don't have to subsidize them. How many real estate % do those activities really take out of the ship? That should also to be in consideration. Certainly this ship has lots of space for classic cruising as it always was, but hey, there are the ones interested in some additional features. Let the ships to have the offer and us to really enjoy what we fancy about.
I hope they added a bigger haven slipper size. Their other ships had 3 and it’s a tiny small, even as a teen who grew late
Leaving on Sunday apt 30 for my 27 th anniversary
COWBOY BEST BARTENDER! He was on BLISS Inaugural 15 day Panama Canal Cruise Miami to LA
Loved the video! Question...are the pools heated?
That always depends on the destination. But they all have the capability of being heated. - Taylor
Does shooting the red slow down the go-kart?
Question. The dry slides that go down the side of the ship. Doesnt it block some balcony cabin views?
There are some unique layouts that do have minor obstructions. Those will be coming on the channel soon so you can see what they are like.
You could watch this with your friend and take a drink every time he says the word “blast”.
how do they accomodate all the people at lunch and dinner, each place is so small in the indulge food hall. Do you know with the sister ship VIVA be similar to the PRIMA what is on the ship? The 6 different zones in the spa and the therapy pool cost extra? If so how much was it and what all do you get with the cost
The VIVA will be virtually identical, Leonardo 3 will be slightly different. The hydrotherapy circuit is additional, but can be purchased for the week or the day.
Where's the strawberry soft serve?
How do I book an excursion?
Prima is almost identical to Viva, are they NCL sisters ship (like Yamato & Musashi or Bismark & Tripitz or Missouri, New Jersey & Arizona, etc) ?
Would you please show the handicapped advantages? I need either a scooter, or wheelchair, with a bathroom to help me.
The whole team worked really hard on this one. Sometimes a feature length tour takes a while. Thank you for being patient. Now enjoy 👍🏼
Well worth the wait. Excellent. Looking forward to the other cabin tours.
Taylor waiting is never a problem for quality work. Thanks so much. Watching and enjoying now. See you next video.
Omg. Had to come back. Danny screaming on the slide. 😂😂😂Hilarious. Hope you did it too Taylor.
Polished and excellent as always! I've never been on a cruise ship (hoping to sort that out in 2023) but feel like I could recognise so many features on loads of ships as a result of your videos!
Thank you so much Audrey - Taylor
