Watching netflix I have already using the xioami pad 6 it has 144hz refresh rate screen if I am switching to an iPad which has 60hz display is their any type of problem of laggy or slow should my eye's will considering? Lastly which iPad should I buy that will last for my 4 years of engineering?
what about notability?i feel in goodnotes my handwriting is worse,gdnotes alter my shape of a letter like s,y,g i dont know how to stop this,if this is permanent than i think about notability,in notability my handwriting is in best condition.but i didn't like the interface of the notability.. i am really confused

I think both are great for studying (ipad has an extra 100 bucks to the balance since apple pencil isn't included) but if that's not an issue, it's good to go! The S8+ would be great for consuming content since it has a bigger screen with an Amoled display, plus it already has the S Pen included. Personally, I'd go for the iPad because of the optimization and exclusive apps.

Ipad air 5 is better because it has a m1 chip (mac chipset) and also apple ipads are more reliable then samsung tabs.
