No it’s because of the extreme heat wave that’s ongoing. A royal order has been issued to shorten Jumuah for the time being until the end of summer. The time between first and second Adhan will decrease and the length of Khutbah + Salah will be around 15 minutes

But if you think of it , they're just wasting time for typing first and second rak'ah or the names of the Suarhs . They can just write the maqam and that's it 🙃
Because there was an order from the Khadimul Haramain to shorten the khutbah and the salah due to the high temperature in Saudi, so from the first adzan until the finished prayer were only 25minutes. That's all I know, wallahu a'lam
This is very disappointing that he cant showcase his world class recitation especially in jummah salah where he normally recites surah ala and surah gashiya and now the salat is completed within 4 min

Because it's winter in saudi. So they have shortened the prayer so they don't freeze
It is really hot in the haram especially at this time of day so during summer they shorten the salahs
