@@jacobc6799 That is not the point of ocean dumping. Too many people have just started using that as a convenience in late 3.0 and all of 4.0. Ocean dumping is intended to signal that it's your attempt to perma a character. Perma's can't be forced so at the very least the person who is dumped has to forget everything they just did. But the intent of an ocean dump is it's supposed to be very serious. Not the way it's used at all now.
