  • Cleaning a Kehin Flat Slide Carb off of a Yamaha WR250F
    NOTE:
    When I cleaned this carb I detached the TPS sensor from the carb itself, but I would recommend leaving it attached and unplugging the other end instead.

    I cant get the needle out of mine. Whoever was in there before cranked down on that Allen bolt. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Great video! I have a question though. Should you be using carb cleaner on the diaphragms? I thought it ate rubbers.

      I've had no issues doing that, but i'm sure there are other cleaners you can use.

      Carb cleans are typically the same process throughout. Remove the gaskets, spray with cleaner and scrub down, then either replace the gasket/o-ring or very carefully try to re-use them.

    Where do you buy ur gaskets from ? Do you buy them online ?
