You manage to make me drop some tears in almost every video hahaha 😅What you say always cheers me up and make me realize that I have to wake up and move and do something about myself. And I agree with you! Time to change our mindsets and say enough is enough and just force ourselves to step out of vicious cycles and stagnant moods, enjoy the small things, not stress about everything and anything, just go with the flow of life. Life is too short to waste it being worried and stressed (this part is a bit hard for me though oops🥲). I know it's hard to say considering everything that's going on as it's different for everyone and how we deal with different situations but we have to try!
I'm sold for Tempest in a teapot. It is now in my cart and my goodreads "want to read" list xD

And thank you so much for your words, I’m so happy my videos manage to reach you and maybe even help; I’m constantly figuring life out myself, and talking about it in my vlogs really helps me put it all into perspective for myself, but I’m really glad I’m not doing it just for me 🥹🙏
I’m also easily stressed, and have lived for the most part of my life with a constant undercurrent of anxiety, but the older I get, the more I’m starting to get convinced that’s really not what life should be about. Sure, bad stuff needs to happen sometimes for us to learn, but I don’t want those and fear and stress to dictate my overall life. Like you said, it’s different for every one, but we have to try in our own ways to live life as happy and calm as we can 🥰🤎
