I was close to by these things, thanks for showing. Thought they are working under the water, not at the water level. Due to this, these foggers are not useful for my project. Thanks a lot.

How long these things last with continuous operation? Will the ultrasonic membrane clog when using tap water due to salt buildup?

I’ve had mine in continuous operation for 4 months now, I just make sure to clean the disk -gently- with every refill Looking for any limescale or hard mineral deposits building up on the working side of disk. Many people think the disk is dead when it only is in need of good cleaning by gentle, and I mean gently -I cannot stress this point enough, with a pointed object small enough to chip deposits off. You could also use vinegar water soluble to help loosed and dissolve mineral build up. Done successfully it will work exactly as nex

Does it boild the wather and then smoking it or what is the process from wather to smoke? Is the smoke warm or cold?

So far as I know it does not boil. It more vibrates the water into very fine mist which can look like steam

Não tem nada disso ! Água e fria normal . O processo é por quebra das partículas de água pela vibração do piezo !

Same for me, stopped working. Some family members had a similar device to look like smoke in an electric fire but these also fail after a bit of use. Note kept wet all the time as we must. So junk

@@LEO-xo9cz One way is to manage things with a micro-controller (What Arduino runs). You can have a sensor, like a switch on a float that tell the circuit to shut off (multiple sensors may solve the same issue interchangeably, float is just one idea.).
You could try to make some mechanical shut off, again maybe with a float, so that when the water level falls, the circuit is broken. This is simpler that a micro-controller if you don't know how to use one, but would be more difficult to tune/configure so it's reliable.
Depending on how often you are checking on the device, you could just have a large reservoir czcams.com/video/mz5r_pRKjuM/video.html. I plan to use this design since I'll be checking my device periodically, so I can easily refill. This setup will maintain a (roughly, if the falling momentum doesn't push out a little extra) constant water level.
      You can combine these methods.

I think there are some for electric fires that pretend to be smoke, to make the fire look more real; I think these have a switch to stop burn out is they run dry
