Put Luffy at 0% and Goku at 100%. The sheer difference in power between Luffy to Ichigo and then Ichigo to Goku is enough that there is no 'maybe' here. Goku doing 'Goku Things' wouldn't give Ichigo enough to cover the gap. Same with Luffy's 'Toon Force'. From what I recall, Gojo's abilities are countered by people moving fast enough, talking MFTL, which Ichigo easily is so I don't think he warrants a 50%. Maybe a 25% or something if you want to be generous, but Ichigo is taking the fight more often than not. I'm not well versed in OPM or Fire Force, so I'll not say if you're right or wrong here. However, Saitama being in the conversation with Goku makes me believe he should have a 90%+ with Cosmic Garou only being 10% or so below him.
In regards to fire force. If we're talking shinrabonshoman. Which is shinras final form he low diffs bleaches entire verse. He can warp reality to his liking in less than a millisecond. He can just think ichigo out of existence at fight start and hes not one of those goofy shounen protags that plays around with or holds back on his opponent, he'll just end the fight. Mid series shinra is the better fight. Because shinra is still WAY faster than ichigo but ichigo has him beat in every other category. Thats the better 50/50 fight. Theres no shot ichigo keeps up with him, but its entirely likely he out lasts him to wear him down enough. As for Arthur ichigo has to stay in base to win. Arthurs power is focused around his delusions. If ichigo starts powering up and arthur starts thinking hes got a cool monster to fight his power is near limitless. Hes still a good swordsman but not on ichigos level otherwise. 90/10 if ichigo fights arthur in base 60/40 to arthur if power ups start happening

It's weird trying to take into consideration physical aspects when dealing with Shinigami. Rukia can go through walls without being touched yet Chad can knock a Hollow around with a light pole. Even if you go on the idea that Chad had enough Spiritual Energy to interact with the Hollow (but not see it) it doesn't translate to the light pole being able to hit it.

Put Luffy at 0% and Goku at 100%. The sheer difference in power between Luffy to Ichigo and then Ichigo to Goku is enough that there is no 'maybe' here. Goku doing 'Goku Things' wouldn't give Ichigo enough to cover the gap. Same with Luffy's 'Toon Force'.
From what I recall, Gojo's abilities are countered by people moving fast enough, talking MFTL, which Ichigo easily is so I don't think he warrants a 50%. Maybe a 25% or something if you want to be generous, but Ichigo is taking the fight more often than not.
I'm not well versed in OPM or Fire Force, so I'll not say if you're right or wrong here. However, Saitama being in the conversation with Goku makes me believe he should have a 90%+ with Cosmic Garou only being 10% or so below him.
In regards to fire force. If we're talking shinrabonshoman. Which is shinras final form he low diffs bleaches entire verse. He can warp reality to his liking in less than a millisecond. He can just think ichigo out of existence at fight start and hes not one of those goofy shounen protags that plays around with or holds back on his opponent, he'll just end the fight. Mid series shinra is the better fight. Because shinra is still WAY faster than ichigo but ichigo has him beat in every other category. Thats the better 50/50 fight. Theres no shot ichigo keeps up with him, but its entirely likely he out lasts him to wear him down enough. As for Arthur ichigo has to stay in base to win. Arthurs power is focused around his delusions. If ichigo starts powering up and arthur starts thinking hes got a cool monster to fight his power is near limitless. Hes still a good swordsman but not on ichigos level otherwise. 90/10 if ichigo fights arthur in base 60/40 to arthur if power ups start happening

I'm so tired of people saying that ichigo is universal. He has never shown anything even close to this. If the video was about which characters Saitama could beat, then id be saying something different. And OPM fans are tame compared to Bleach and DB fans. Y’all gotta stop underrating baryon mode naruto. He can negate an immortals healing+immortality+he can even hurt him (referring to isshiki) isshiki ssid that he wasn’t supposed to bleed meaning he’s somewhat immortal to mortal like techniques and can’t be hurt by them. Baryon mode naruto not only drained the life energy of isshiki to the point he desinergrated into nothing but ashes. Also baryon mode apparently is a 1 billion time power amp also naruto doesn’t necessarily die. Kurama does. And kishimoto stated on the back of a boruto manga or in a live interview I forget which one. That he didn’t nerf naruto and sasuke even after getting rid of their rinnegan + Kurama and more then half of their jutsus. He wanted the fights to be more taijutsu and hand to hand base to get more peoples attention. (Because let’s be honest hand to hand fights are more satisfying then watching people blow up entire mountains with flashy jutsus) he said that they aren’t weaker then baryon or when sasuke had the rinnegan their still just as strong maybe stronger said by him which if anybody said didn’t make sense I would agree but kishimoto is the author and if he says their equal to when they had baryon mode and rinnegan well then their equal based off kishimoto logic.
