I have them on me atm, carrying my bloodbags, surgical kits etc. but i bet if you put them inside one of the bags you showed or maybe in a backpack. You can double all your slots for medicals, or make it easier to grab them on the run.
so how the armor works is the single number is the best version. so it would be 3A, 3+, and then 3. from worst to best. if you see 3A+, thats better than 3A of course. but the number by itself is the best it can be.
