MASEBO reports Jay Jay Banda to Police for recording her without her consent

- Health Minister Sylvia Masebo says its criminal to report someone without getting their concert and has since reported Petauke Independent member of Parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda.
Reacting to an audio recording of her and Banda which was leaked to this morning, Masebo said she is disappointed by Banda.
Masebo who is also UPND Chairperson for National Mobilisation explained that it is unfortunate that her good intention after she was invited to see Banda is being used to portray a picture that Government was involved in Banda's alleged abduction.
She explained how she got to meet Banda at his invitation twice first when she was discharged from the Hospital where he was too hospitalized and second at his invitation.
Masebo who did not go into the content of the leaked audio said she warned Banda against being used by the politicians. She said she was so disappointed that a narrative has been created to use her name.

Whether UPND are involved or not what JJ did to record people without their consent is a criminal offence. So the minister is right to report this matter to the police. What if their intention of the secret recording was to blackmail the minister? This vice needs to stop. Recently we’ve had another leaked audio of ECL and Mbewe - this is so wrong and law enforcement must act.

When convenience saves others well, their real convictions are thrown out of the window. This is another interesting twist in this Jay Jay story. He's no longer Honourable Jay Jay but a criminal who's trying his best to hijack every opportunity to implicate the "innocent" #UPeNDo camp.
Knowing the sensitivity of the issue surrounding Jay Jay's case, I expected Mrs Masebo to mind walking straight down her own musebo after she was discharged. Now look what's happening! I can assure you this is turning into 'Vantage Point 2'

If what Hon Masebo said to Hon JJ Banda was innocent talk, was she going to report JJto the Police for recording her?
She is reporting JJ for recording her conversation with him without her consent. It’s against the law to record someone without their consent and it is also illegal to distribute such material. If you have heard the recordings she shared personal information thst she may not want in the public domain. So she is aggrieved because JJ breached her trust.

😂😂😂😂😂 Data Protection Act of 1998 is a universal law. Consent is not just kukati 😅😅😅😅😅 and it has no boundaries. Party affiliation,aside it's a crime. Also the JJ investigation nabo mam was missing 48hrs locally and mpaka lelo with subject alive this case is not closed? smells like there are notable public figures involved in whatever was going on and it's are getting crossed and it's getting dotted.
