San Sebastian has some of the most michelin star restaurants & the best food Spain, it is truly a foodies paradise. In this video we went to the legendary Bar Nestor to try the best Spanish tortilla. We also had Basque Cheesecake, mussels, calamari, and much more delicious Spanish tapas, pinchos, and food!

I kept looking for the "tortilla" then realized it is what we call a "torta". Basically an egg based dish, similar to a quiche or even an omelet.
Actually, torta has 2 meanings where I am from. It is either an egg dish or a sandwich made with bolillo bread (we grew up calling bolillos francesitos aka little french breads). So many different definitions using the same words. LOL

We missed that one, sadly! Most places were full to the brim with tourists, lines were long and you had to eat standing up.
@@javigd96 Vale! Thank you both for sharing the experience though. My personal favorite place was Mendaur Berria or Bar Bartolo! Can't wait to go back to enjoy the food....and to hopefully to see a Real Sociedad game vs. the kings of European futbol! (Real Madrid).
