Please don't ever stop vlogging.. One of the few I enjoy watching. Especially since so much content out there is strictly about sponsorship videos. I get it, it's how content creators earn a living, but it I don't like feeling like the entire video is just one big ad! I feel like you have so much more going on for you that your vlogs are actual day in the life.

I am 196lbs and 5'7. I have 5 kids. I'm training and dieting my *literal* ass off (for 2 months now) . I am doing it the right way and I am starting to see results but its a slow process and very lonely.
Your transformation video and these videos are very motivating... this process is so hard and its nice just unwinding with someone who has achieved the goals I am chasing. Thanks for posting these. It makes this process less lonely and gives some fun distraction knowing one day I can be in shape again.

How are you at the gym 11 days after breast surgery? My doctor wouldn't even let me do any type of cardio until 4 weeks post op and no weight training until week 6. My mom had a different doctor and had the same instructions.

I’m following my doctors instructions! I was cleared for lower body and low intensity after a week, but need a full 6 weeks before high intensity & upper body. Every doctor is different
