Did you really need the lighter?

The lighter is just a back up in case the piezo push igniter malfunctions. It's always safe to have when camping/backpacking

Love jetboil. I too have the mini MO
But it's a stupid design. If the pot would have been about a 1/4 inch taller then the lid would have fit with everything inside. If I take the stand off the lid and place it inside nest to the 3 nesting pieces the lid just barely hovers above the rim and being and to close fully.

Yeah I run into that issue too. If I leave the pot support out of the pack it'll all fit in with the lid a little loose on top. I agree the pot being 1/4 inch taller would be perfect.

You can fit everything. You can even fit the coffee filter. This guy just doesn’t know the trick
