Nigeria is at 85% dependency on oil revenue and they are just not worried. Leaders are just chilling and citizens are going down in poverty. Sad.

The Philippines is one of the fastest developing countries in South East Asia, with a population of 107 million people, with a GDP product of 900 Billion Dollars, with a per capita income of between 3500 to 4000 dollars, the Gross International Reserves of 110 Billion Dollars sitting in the Central Bank of the Philippines, we are also a CREDITOR nation, European and Asian countries like Italy, Ireland, France, Bangladesh, Myanmar borrows money from the Philippines, I am SUGGESTING to our leaders to CREATE a sovereign wealth fund to DIVERSIFY our growing assets, it is also RAISING our credibility to the International Community, I hope our leaders in the Congress and Senate can seriously look upon my suggestion...

So interesting and really quite a slap to the face, being from Aberdeen, Scotland we are a country of around 6 million people,.
Here in Aberdeen my city was known as the oil capitol of Europe, we should be richer than Norway, but no sent to Westminster and squandered and now the government is putting the brakes on exploration licences, fossil fuel has to stop but as a world we aren't ready,I have never voted for the SNP and its too late now, but those robbers stole our money and used it to fight shit wars because Westminster likes to roll over and get its belly rubbed by the Americans, we should be a rich place, and out there using the genius people over the years, the people who invented the telephone, TV but no robbed by a bunch of gangsters from central London, sickening after the deaths and danger faced for near 5 decades drilling out the toughest Wells in the world #Northseatigers.

How is the us dependent on them? Our oil reserves are as big as their's. We only buy their oil for political reasons, if we stopped importing from them we will fuck up their economy.

How you guys common sense says the poor that are begging for more must motivate themselves to go out and take their wealth that they are seeking for no one will ever give you anything but a handout which will never last or be enough
We will always need more due to inflation
So the ones that have become motivated and went and seek the fortune they are no longer concerned with the problems of the impoverished no longer needing a handout for they have afforded themselves a hand up
Therefore becoming numb to the problems of society to pay the poor, that plague the poor

So late to the wealtfund.. and no sewage in Riyadh, no education or industry outside oil.. simply.. stupid fedual, buying stuff others produce, preferably luxury shit. .. such a weird lack of self confidence and reliability, just deep feelings of being less than, and imitation of developed economies and their expertise.. I dread the bloated egoes with an acceptance for violence when there all become the new Syrian refugees and Arab world type Libyan cr.uelty
