I was trying to open my account with almeezan but there process was very cumbersum and they were not responding to my queries then my brother recommended me your video of mahaana wealth. I have a few queries: 1) can we open our account with an international number instead of using Pakistan mobile number. 2) What are the maintenance charges (such as front load etc) of Mahaana?
You can use international number. You should have nicop. You can transfer money via RDA account

Salam. Laeeq bhai I watched your video and opened the account with Mahaana, deposited some initial funds (way more than you mentioned) and its up and running now. My serious question is related their support, ever since I have opened account I am constantly writing to them using their support channel at the platform regrading different things for example units assigned to me against my investment so I can add that in my sarmaaya portfolio but not a single response so far from Mahaana’s support team. What should we do about it and which channel to follow for any queries?
This is what I noticed, they responded me in email once, and I asked cross question and its been 3 days no response. Their portal menu from right saying 'Need HELP?' is useless, you type your question, submit it and no one will respond you or even u don't get any email that is automatic saying aknowledge etc. I know its new service and they for must they will be doing fixing/developing things on backend but at least they need a UAN number or anything where we get quick response to our queries or suggestions. The whatsapp helpline number is good, they respond to queries faster than their email support, I know they will be launching the mobile app and many more services which is great. Thanks for new initiative.
