I am from HK and stay in Cape Town for like 24 years.
The efficiency in South Africa is bonded in all kind of industry and people here (Same as u open a mystery box). The lay-back nature is a daily base, you can only be chill and try again when you get ready.
As reference and all kind of records for them can be quite childish. Different people can tell you different story, in most of the case you will end up to wrong direction. So, if you cannot apply this time, it may not be your problem, just change another counter or branch 'it will work' magically! :D
The view on the road is just amazing, so is the hotel!
I like vlogs that give some insight into the lives of the local people there. It makes me feel like I know a little about the more mundane but essential info about the country.
I will keep them coming~
The state of humdrum (dull-moods) may perhaps be faced & bothered by the higher ups (especially the privileged ones). Nonetheless, of whom’s native lands, it is only the ones there living vividly unpretentiously of their truly genuine ways.

我在幾個月前去旅遊南非，在Cape Town的黑人區，被一個流浪漢跟咗成條街，好在跑得快，當地的朋友說，他們也不敢去那邊行，尤其是晩上（城市各個領域，實施每日停止供電約2-4小時）我真够大膽的。

Throughout the three months I spent in Cape Town, I totally fell in love with it. It's really a shame that such a beautiful land has one of the most incompetent governments in the world. I could absolutely feel GG’s frustration there, happy that she got the birth certificate sorted in the end. I'm glad the victory of the Springboks has brought some hope to South Africa again 🇿🇦❤ 🏉
