I picked up 2 at CTC last fall for packsack knives. They cut well, I used one to field dress a moose, an then skinned out the quarters later with it. Had to resharpen a few times, since moose hair will take the edge off any knife. Like you say, for the price not a terrible deal.
Thanks for the encouragement. I have plenty of outtakes since it's quite easy to screw up! I just need to keep mistakes and accompanying outtakes to a minimum!
