hello my gp-1324D doesnt auto calibrate the paper. i change from continuous then go back to 4x6 with gaps. it doesnt calibrate please help

I just buy GP-1324D from your company software not work with excel?

it's depend on driver and label edit software
1. Bartender printer driver can use with Bartender label editor (cannot link with excel)
2. older printer driver from Gaincha factory and link with Label Shop (this one can link with Excel)

use this old one driver to link with Label shop then you can link with Excel
