U can also disable ProMotion by itself by going to accessibility, motion, and then limit frame rate

That 120hz on iPhone is pretty much 80-90hz unless if your recording then the screen is forced to be on 120hz, search it up guys
Battery saving mode does not turn it down to 60hz. You have to go to accessibility settings and reduce motion
