Flavored grilled wings with tandoori grilled rolls

- One of the requirements for cooking delicious is to season the meat with delicious sauces that multiply the taste of the, theroll is one of the types othat is cooked twice and has a great peppery taste. It is my favorite and I really like its combination with butter next to kate pilau;
Throll is also a satisfying and very tasty dish due to the use of bread in itit twice in the oven makes the bread and kebab inside acquire a very excellent smoky taste.
The kebab roll can be prepared with different types of meat, and today we used liver and chicken meat to prepare it

vegetable sauce
fresh vegetable

How to prepare kebab sauce:
Chop the vegetables and add pomegranate paste, salt, pepper and olive oil to it, let the chicken meat rest in this sauce for one to several hours; To add more flavor to the chicken wings, in addition to this sauce; Add vegetable sauce to it and apply olive oil and butter from the vegetable mixture while cooking the wings.
How to prepareroll:
After grilling, put the chicken heart and liver on the lavash, add some chopped pepper on it, after rolling the lavash, cut it and put it in a special dish for the oven, dilute the tomato paste a little, pour it on the dish and add a little butter to it. We add it; The kebab roll is ready after half an hour of cooking in the oven at low heat.
