Guys it is a really bad habit to check your phone first thing in the morning since what you do the first thing in the morning affects the rest of your day. Instead, try reading a good, motivating book. Also, if you are really addicted to your phone, you should try watching TED talks, they are really motivating! Did you know that your body is really de-hydrated after those 7-8 hours of sleep? You may not realise it, but you are, so try having at lest 2-3 glasses of water. Another good habit in the morning is to do some exercise. It is one of the best times in the day to do some exercise. Try having an apple before you exercise because that will help you feel more enthusiastic and energetic.

Love your video. I have noticed that you said you feel nauseous in the morning. I used to feel that way too. I saw gastrologist and I was tested and they told me I had celiac disease. Feeling nauseous could be normal for some people or they eat late at night but for me it wasn't. Thank you for your video !!
I got it from my momma, she is surinamese and she has such thick hair! If you want thicker and healthier hair I can recommend to use coconut oil as much as you can. My hair was really damaged a couple of years ago and I fixed it with coconut oil. It also helped my sister to get thicker hair. Here's what you need to do: try to wash your hair not every day, only if it is necessary. I wash my hair 2-3 times per week. The night before you are going to wash your hair put coconut oil in there, you can use as much as you want. Make sure to use 100% natural coconut oil, you can buy it in (drug) stores. I always put a lot on the ends to prevent split ends and to keep it healthy (I actually never have those because my hairs are too thick but you know what I mean), and I also use a lot on the hairs on my scalp & baby hairs because those get really damaged by the weather. When you start using this, you will see results immediately but after a few weeks you'll notice that your hair is healthier, shinier and thicker already ! xoxo
I’m Indian and I have rlly thick hair just genetically lol but in my experience like waystostudy said above coconut hair definitely nourishes your hair, especially if you take just five minutes a day to massage it into your scalp. it makes ur hair look healthier + thicker and plus it feels pretty nice 😄 if u have one near you, you should hit up an Indian store. It’ll definitely have hair oils with other hair thickening ingredients like amla, fenugreek, henna, avuri, etc which are super good for hair. and like once a week doing a hair mask with avacado and olive oil is honestly a game changer. I also eat foods/vitamins that have biotin, vitamin d and vitamin e in them for stronger hair. That’s pretty much it lol. Good luck with getting thicker hair! :)
