If I owned a house like this I would want my kids to live with me forever there is space for everyone
This is a really nice house! I love how the bathrooms are truly full baths. Most of these home tours try to sell the full bath notion but the baths are only 3/4 baths not full baths.The only thing that needs to be upgraded in this house are the closets. Those wire racks have to go! The bedrooms are also nice in size. I normally don't like dining rooms at the front of the house but with everything else the house offers I can ignore that.

What an absolute gorgeous home. Overlooking the carpets and those one-piece vanities, I loved the detail throughout, the mill work, those gorgeous arched windows in the office, and the spacious rooms. I would remove those two chairs in the front of the fireplace to give the area a more open and inviting look.

Love that all the rooms are big with large closets and private bathrooms! I just don't know why they didn't open up that last bedroom with the tiny room next door and make the bedroom a little bigger like all the other rooms. Needs a little updating but this is an older home.
Good observation. Yes, the home can use a few retouches but it has great character.

I told myself that I was going to seize with the lookie Lou behavior because behavior cause my anxiety to flare up.I still have a little more time before I relocate to Georgia and purchase. I know there will be a home just as spectacular with pool when I'm ready. But the anticipation.

It is so interesting how different markets around the country command such different prices. This price will get you my 2500sqft, 5 bed, 2.5 bath built in 1989 house in the Seattle area. Honestly, I could do without the basement, and still have plenty of house. For some reason, basements tend to give me the creeps.
The home is 👍 one there's 2 or 3 bedrooms that puts the primary to shame also you need a outdoor kitchen barbecue a fence and a pool there's not a water shortage in Georgia so why not pool's

Love Coiffured ceilings in primary suite but for price point in this state ,walk in closets too small, Kitchen layout dated. Liv rm too small for footage. All bath fixtures and styling only considered average. Backyard too limited/lawn unkept & fails to display play usage of any 1.3 acreage.
