i mean i agree with most of what you say , but if a player wants to run it down and troll they will do it regardless of no chat etc , people were trolling way before riot started restricting chat etc
Yup, you can't do anything about it. All you can do is to keep the rest of the team from mental boom and carry hard yourself. You can win a lot of 4v5 games if you have a scaling champ.
literally locking accounts to phone numbers and only letting those verified accounts play ranked is probably the best way to get rid of smurfs. If smurfs want to smurf, let them do it in normals.
Taliyah and Skarner have been some of the strongest and highest win rate junglers before the most recent patch, you can't blame champs for your struggle to climb when you're picking solely meta ones.
I play what i enjoy. Coming from midlane i gravitate towards ap/cc mages. But that's not the point. Most high elo ppl (a lot higher than my casual ass) play dmg champ. Just the meta.

in my experience, normals only last 15 minutes so any power given to the smurfs in normal games is taken away by the surrender vote.
There are several answers to the issue. I might even make a vid about it as well. The current situation is not optimal, I agree.
