I think they ended everything on a happy note enough just in case they don't get another season cause 4 seasons on Netflix is a huge accomplishment... Most of their shows don't last past two. But I think its also open enough that they can have another season if they get enough viewers... Which I think they will since they got to 2-3 seasons on their own but the fourth season they ended up bringing in lesbians all over the world to add to the fan base. I never watched it before I saw the CZcams clips of the ship and am now watching the whole of the show for the first time... I guess unless they planned to end on 4 seasons regardless.
I swear really producers everywhere should learn that if they can get a good troupe in f/f couple like enimies to lovers like this one.. And the girls are pretty enough and likable or at least easy to empathize with (then they can be awful to everyone but their gf and still have the fans love them.. Like villanelle) they can have the most loyal fan base spanning the globe. because no one is more dedicated and loyal then female loving females and their ships.

Izzie is such a wonderful character. There are things she does wrong, but they mostly stem from her trauma. Honestly, I found myself relating to so many of the "mistakes" she made when dealing with different situations regarding their relationship because her somewhat defensive attitude just felt so...realistic. She suffered so much from the complete lack of support and self-confidence. She learned to put her walls high up, and to be loud and vocal in order to protect others (f.e. her fight for abolishing the dress code). Clearly, a lot of thought was put into her character. It's a shame we didn't get more time to see her explore the many demons she's had to fight (I was *really* missing some introspective Izzie scenes after Doug's speech to her), but I was still really happy with what we got. :)

Izzie is my favorite character on the show. The way she can see her dark side and hates herself for it and actually did something to change and never go back to the dark side is so ideal. I praised her character development and relate to her in so many ways as far as her method to change to become a better person. Whoever came up with her storyline is incredible. If everyone is able to change like how Izzie did, I think the world will have more better humans. It's takes so much determination and wisdom to learn and change like Izzie..bravo Izzie Taylor!!

Love how they handled every relationship in this show. Evan and Casey was great and Evan was so sweet but, it wasn't meant to be. And then there was Izzie and Casey and there were so many things wrong but, they made it work because they chose eachother and I love that.

The ending properly showed growth !! The last episode was probably the best episode of the whole show ..and the words Sam said to Paige, what Zahid said to Sam and Casie and Izzie's ending ...everything was amazing..sad that it's ending..I full on cried !! But this show really taught me (or probably all of us) a lot ! Thank you Atypical !! ❤️ And thank you Netflix !! 🙏
Its missing my fave moment: After Casey gets a spurr of the moment tat and Izzie sees it and Casey says "yeah, I'm a bad boy" with her side smirk and they kiss like aghhhh I died at that moment, too good
