IN SUMMARY, our stay at this resort was pleasant and relaxing. We enjoyed the lovely surroundings, large swimming pools, and blue seashore. The dinner was delicious and ample. The buffet was fantastic and beautiful, and the personnel worked tirelessly to meet any needs-excellent service! The reception was professional and full of kind smiles, making us feel at home. The selection of drinks was extensive and made of high-quality alcohol. We would recommend this resort to anyone searching for a calm and relaxing place to stay during their time off.

Location - 5/5 Stars (Probably one of the best in Cancun.)
Beach - 5/5 Stars (White sand beach with turquoise water.)
Reception - 5/5 Stars (Staff is very knowledgeable and skilled.)
Service - 5/5 Stars (Everyone, from the bellboy to the beach lifeguard, did an outstanding job.)
Buffet - 5/5 Stars (Lots of selection and great food, with an excellent service.)
Restaurants - 4.5/5 Stars (Steak House was our favorite.)
Rooms - 4.5/5 Stars (Everything worked well, but the room was slightly dated.)
Sleep Quality - 5/5 Stars (To replace the bed linens, simply place them on the floor; otherwise, they will not be changed.)
Cleanliness - 5/5 Stars (The staff was constantly cleaning and organizing the surrounds and facilities.)
Internet - 4/5 Stars (Except for our room, Internet worked perfectly.)

Excellent hotel for families. Staff was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Massive pools for individuals of all ages, as well as a variety of activities. The beach was beautiful, with vast stretches of white sand and clear blue sea. If you prefer more privacy, you can stay in the villas section, like we did and loved it! Definitely a place to return to. Thank you for the nice and informative video tour!

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation at the Iberostar Cancun, right on the Caribbean Sea. The beach is stunning, and the pools are big and beautiful. Our favourite ones were the steakhouse and the Japanese restaurant; the food was outstanding and well-presented. Every day, the animation team does an outstanding job of coming up with new activities. We'll be back! Nice and detailed video; thank you for sharing.

The beach, the wonderful surroundings, and the amazing employees that will go out of their way to provide excellent customer service are the jewels of this hotel. I wish every other hotel would look at how Iberostar treats guests because I have stayed at several Iberostar locations and have always had a positive experience. Very useful and well-shot video!

Stayed here last year. Huge property with beautiful surroundings and lots to do. Many activities by the pool and of course an amazing beach to enjoy. Many thanks to David for helping us with the resort tour! Excellent video, thanks for sharing!

We visited this resort a few years ago. Amazing landscape and activity options. The beach was wide, and the water had a gorgeous turquoise-blue color. The one thing we didn't like was the attempt to sell memberships immediately upon arrival. I'm not sure if they still do this, but if they do, it's a horrible idea to bug somebody who just arrived at the resort, which is otherwise a gorgeous paradise. The hotel was lively and exciting with a welcoming atmosphere that was complemented by a variety of entertainment alternatives such as music, live shows, and activities. For us, it was a memorable and delightful family trip. Excellent staff, kid-friendly, and accommodating to all of our needs. We have stayed at this resort several times. Beautiful beach and large pools for everyone to enjoy. The restaurant variety is extensive, and the food is excellent. Beautiful resort with wonderful employees! This is our second visit, and we plan to return for Easter. The staff is pleasant, courteous, and helpful. The entertainment team is entertaining and provides a unique aspect to the whole experience. The beach is fantastic, with blue sea and white sand! Great resort review, it's actually pleasant to watch an accurate video review without people walking and talking in the background about their experience, which will undoubtedly differ from mine!

@@atieu It was nice, different vibe than the Mayan Riviera. This was busier and noisier 🙂 but the beach is beautiful and color of the sea amazing. The resort seems great for families with children, lots of activities and the staff is great at entertaining them.

Awesome landscape, helpful staff who quickly learn your name, a diverse selection of activities, and a very clean beach. It was very easy to get drinks and food, there was much to do for the kids, and the pools were fantastic. Lovely all-inclusive resort on a gorgeous beach. Perfect video for people who are visiting for the first time!

The video is brand new. Last week, we stayed there! The weather is nice right now, mostly sunny with a chilly wind. Reservations are only required for the Japanese restaurant; all other restaurants are first come, first served. Thanks for watching, and enjoy your stay there!

and are the import drinks all for free in the all inclusive package, and i dont mean high class drinks like champagner or something like grey goose vodka.

Iberostar is a 5 Stars resort compared to Riu Caribe and Cancun, which are 4 stars. Service and food are better at Iberostar 😊.
