For me, she responded back to his action when she was in Europe, that he went to their house to take the rest of his belongings and renting a house close to his kids and ex wife , she responded back by going to New York ( Hamptons) near her family , they are separated but not officially yet and for the second time he did to her what he did before 20 yrs ago , leaving her and forcing her to take the public separation action

He's not obligated to respond, the one who wants everything public is her, she couldn't force him and she wanted him to look bad.
If you had your job, a producer, with your studio, upcoming movies and all, then suddenly your spouse is questioned by Feds cause allegedly the spouse is involved in attempted murder, and lying to a jury PLUS is willing to be by diddys side and allegedly aiding him, would you want to be a part of aiding diddy?
Heck no Ben wasn't going to stay to be put in the middle of all that crap that jlo should have done things right to begin with
As soon as this attempted murder case resurfaced, Ben moved out and jlo was starting to get mentioned in the media but suddenly it's not about her stupidity with diddy, it's about Ben leaving her for Garner... how pathetic.
Jlo must be paying to deflect from her involvement and making Ben the bad guy like he has to stay and risk his livelihood and for sure jlo would have made sure Ben was supporting diddy, what if diddy wanted to distribute his assets, money launder to not get anything taken away through lawsuit and Ben was like heck no but jlo could have wanted to.
Either way Ben didn't leave just for jlo not making home made tortillas, there's way much more that made him NEVER want to come back

You both have too many issues it won't work out unless you stay apart for a couple months without seeing each other or talking to each to see if this is really what you want. As far as Jennifer your kids witness too many men in your life that it's devastating to them! Think of them Jen put them first. Stay apart for 2 months to see if either one of you miss the relationship to fix it or being apart makes you more happier and less stress...
