A big part of my reset routine is doing things that make me feel good again. Feeling good means eating good food, using products that are GOOD for our bodies, and practicing healthy habits. This reset routine focuses on how to detox our bodies with good food and I show you my skincare, haircare, and body care. I do not use heating products on my hair and try to take care of it the best way I can. I hope my reset routine helps you feel good again to reset your life. Reset your life in 2020!

I live with my family, reading Bible and sparing a silent time for speaking with God is really hard. They always speak loud or arguing each other, or coming to my room and disturbing me. It's already really tough being christian in Turkey... Thank you for being open with your belief and encouraging to people to be productive. This made my world shrink!!!! So the book Humble Calvinism you recommended grabbed me because I was discussing exactly that with a good friend of mine just yesterday and when I went to amazon to look it up for purchase I found that the author was actually the evening pastor for the youth camp I have attended for 5 years and have them served at for the last two. But most importantly he was the pastor that delivered the message the night my heart was converted to crave Christ’s lordship over my life! I used long hours music to count my time for a shower and I thought my 8 minutes record was unbeatable for a lady with long hair (my hair is as long as you do) YET your power of motivation has now motivated me to speed up at least 1 min in my shower time in the coming days! LOL
Besides, you bought a lot of books but it seems to me that your room/living areas aren't full of books, how do you keep your books? I have a habit (not sure if it's good or bad) to keep the books that I enjoyed reading them. But the thing is I rarely read them again.... please inspire me (us) on keeping/organising your things if possible! thanks Maya and God bless! :)
i used to have long hair!! that’s impressive!!
My record whit a medium /long hair is for 16 minutes, I can’t believe that maya can do it in 7 minutes but I most confes that I lost much time which those shower thoughts haha haha anyways, I felt motivated to take less minutes in shower.
