23:45 the cab car is in front so it cant be an outbound train unless its reveresed and going out of ogilive like that
or is that just like a malfunction with the loudspeaker

The equipment used on the Heritage Corridor is from the Western Ave Yard pool and gets stored and serviced during the day there. The run through track at Union Station is utilized . So not really rare as there are 3 sets of equipment . It is neat seeing it!
