@@CHEVYCAMARO4GENits literally the original deep dish, uno invented deep dish, so in theory it should be near the top. Before rhey franchised, they used amazing ingredients, so the one in chicago is much better than the chain UNOs and has the OG ovens. Unos downtown chicago is the best unos and is the best deep dish IMHO. Lou Malnatis is good but not as good IMO especially without the toppings.
Unos is for deep dish without a doubt giordanos and Lous just ain’t for me and I grew up by midway. There’s a giordanos and Lou malnatis minutes from the airport.
@@Boombatz11 agreed, Lous taste is great but is soggy and the crust isn’t quite the pie flavor that unos has. Giordanos tastes like pretzels and for me personally thats not what deep dish is, it is a Pizza pie, not pretzel. All 3 are great for those who never try. I still prefer thin and crispy NY pizzas though.

I went to that Pizzaria Unos after graduating Navy bootcamp. It was the best pizza I've ever had, past, present, and Im willing to bet future as well. I still think about it almost 20 years later.

Let’s be real clear for all those that don’t know. The only place you go for UNO’s is the original location or across the street to Pizzeria Due’s the chain locations aren’t the same company and are garbage. The chef at UNO’s left and started Lou Malnati’s, equally as good and unlike UNO’s they own the chain restaurants. Met Mr Malnati when he bought our restaurant was very nice and respectful to us.
I had him on a radio show i work on in the area. Dudes real great at his craft.
He gave Lou's a 8.2, so I guess that's better huh

Now that is how you do deep dish. Every single place always way over does it. A good crust with just the right amount of cheese and sauce for you to still be able to eat it by the slice. Literal perfection
