Colliure Located in the far south of France in the department of Pyrenees-Orientales, Collioure village, Collioure is a seaside resort on the Languedoc coast, just north of the border with Spain and on the 'Vermeille Coast .Collioure an exquisitely pretty little place slumbering by the Mediterranean. So pretty, in fact, it feels like a toy town. Also completely savaged by tourist hordes in summer.
