Design depends on customer choice indiantruck drives mostly buy the chasis and build their own body from third party body builder's you see different states use different design's. It doesn't mean Ashok Leyland doesn't make good body designs.

They fear of falling in to the curve. But if they take that curve at right speed the truck will not fall due to the centrifugal force. The biggest problem on these curves were the potholes.
