Thank you for the excellent video. It is a rendering plant. The facility was operated by the German Rethmann Group, with the brand name SARIA. The production process was very simple. The animal body was transported via the conveyor system. Then they were crushed in the crusher. The so -called raw material was homogenized at 90 degrees Celsius and 3 bar pressure. The material was then dried in a filter press, chamber press or spray tower. The flour obtained was then used for heating purposes. The system has not been in operation for 15 years, but the stench is still present. A few times I was in such factories when they are in operation - the stench is infernal. However, this company was relatively modern. The large ventilation roar that you can see outside belongs to a biofilter. The whole building is under negative pressure, so that all smells are directed to the biofilter to reduce the odor load.

The odour control system used peat beds , and foul air was reintroduced to the supercooker .
This was a rendering plant , during the 90s it was used to help eradicate BSE in cattle , foot and mouth and the bird flu epidemic .no animals where slaughtered on the site .only tallow and greave were produced, the later going to pet food manufacturers ...I worked here during the OTMS contract .
October 23, 2023 just been a radio programme about mad cow disease on BBC Radio 4 about this plant.
Having worked in an slaughterhouse/meat packing factory, I can tell you that SRM stands for Specified Risk Material (brains, spinal cords and other animal 'waste' products) unfit to enter the food chain for human consumption and pet food.

Rendered cattle infected with BSE, one of four sites in the UK. I'm amazed it was still open in 2007 though
@@JackPott554 was probably to deal with SRM, specified risk material, as the sign says, namely brains and spinal cords. They have to be removed from cows still today and have to be processed in special facilities.
SRM was the main material ,I worked at the plant during the OTMS scheme , bird flue out break and foot and mouth ....
There’s a video I found that actually prove that they do used for lysed animals and renderings it actually showed a driver picking up dogs and cats he showed the tags he open the bags and dog collars off of the euthanize dogs dump them into the pit, which is that concrete area is it watch is the take it into the plant and put through the crusher I heard rumors of that for years but up until now I’ve never seen it was unbelievable. I can’t imagine that somebody could do that to companion animals not to mention the fact that they’re putting the euthanize ation chemicals into the product , I actually had a dog die in the 90 from being poisoned from the dog food poison shut down all turned out to be the utilization chemicals fact that there wasn’t anything like CZcams to prove it if you see meat and meal it’s actually anything including dogs and cats. There’s also another video that talks about the US or drink plans and if you watch it, it shows you and tells you that the ringer chemicals actually go straight into pet food and they actually show Friskies and milk phone also uses the product that I know of and a few other pet foods-only pet foods that don’t our wellness and natural balance, as far as I know

what do you mean? I dont understand your sentences. your saying they took dogs and cats and smashed them for dog food were they alive, or did the vet euthinize them.were they stolen or given up?
