E24K's Tekken Tag Tournament - Paul Command List

Happy belated new year, everyone! Sorry I'm uploading these so late, spending time with the family and preparing for the Spring semester can only leave me with more than enough alone time to record these videos.
With the Tekken series turning 25 years old this year, I thought to revisit the PlayStation 2 games and re-do all of my Arcade and Story Battle playthroughs in HD. But not before re-doing all of my command list videos for said Tekken games.
Today, we kick things off with Paul Phoenix who defeated Ogre in the third King of Iron Fist Tournament, but jumped the gun not realizing that Ogre had morphed into True Ogre shortly after his victory.

Man they nerfed the crap out of this character in this game, down+4, 2 had terrible range and would leave you at -1000 in front of your opponent, and let's not forget the absolute gem that was down+1, which would allow your opponent to recover before you on guard AND hit, seriously, I couldn't even imagine what they were thinking.
